Mr. Moore was born and raised in Hampton Virginia where he attended Hampton High School.  After graduating, Moore worked as a ship fitter in the Newport News Shipbuilding yard where he assisted with building the George Bush carrier used by the U.S. Navy.  After his short term with at the shipyard, Moore realized he wanted to become an engineer and enrolled at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University a Computer Engineering major.  It was the HBCU/Greek culture where Moore began making paddles and gifts for the Divine Nine community. Due to financial hardships Moore joined the Air Force Reserves and returned back to the "Seven Cities" AKA the Hampton Roads area where he graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Information Systems & Technology with a specialization in Network Engineering.  Moore went on to obtain his M.S. in Information Systems & Technology Management with a specialization in Information Assurance & Security.

     Moore is a financial, active and proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated and a financial, active and proud founder of Theta Nu Psi Military Fraternity Incorporated.  Moore continues to serve proudly in the Virginia Air National Guard assisting the state and country with their cyber mission.  Moore is known to make others laugh with his witty jokes.  He's not afraid to speak out against injustice and is known to have one of the biggest hearts.
